Tips in making our children get breakfast

• Waking up earlier in order to get much time in preparing breakfast.
• Asking children to wake up earlier, so they will have much time to get breakfast.
• Giving good example such as, always get breakfast everyday.
• Getting breakfast together. It is good for discipline.
• Remembering children to get breakfast everyday and giving explanation about benefit of getting breakfast.
• If they still don’t have much time to get breakfast, give some foods to be brought to school.
• For children who usually don’t get breakfast, give little food for first as exercise. We may add it step by step, but we still use balance nutrition pattern.
