MAKING KIDS BE SMART NOT ONLY IN THE WORLD, BUT ALSO IN HEAVEN

Almost all of mothers are dreaming smart kids who can be pride for their parent. It is a beautiful life if our children not only smart and be pride in the world, but also can be a nice friend in the heaven.
Having children who can do many things, solve their problems, have a nice attitude and can be good child is a great dream. But, sometimes many people will be proud if their children get nicest value at school. They will be sad if their children get lowest value besides their children are called idiot or stupid. As if, ranking or value is vision of their future. Is it right that high score at school making success?
According to Dr.Arief Rahman, chief of Harian Komisi Nasional Indonesia for UNICEF, intelligence is an ability to process knowledge until understanding differences, making priority list, solving problems, making connection, having strong memory, having ability to believe, holding principle etc.

Intelligence is divided into 3 parts,
- Spiritual intelligence (SI)
- Emotional intelligence (EI)
- Intellectual quotient (IQ)
Based on observation about human nerve, intelligence quotient make thinking logical, rational, and obey to rules. Emotional intelligence make thinking and knowing patterns of emotion, includes understanding and having sensitivity of emotion. Emotional intelligence must be had as terms to Intellectual quotient optimal. But IQ and EI haven’t could answer all problems of life. We need spiritual intelligence to optimal both of them. Because of SI, we think creatively, have vision to future and able to make rules. So, if we want to get children who have good IQ and EI, we should grind their SI.
Now, the question is, how can we grind their SI? We can do 2 steps,
- Obedience to God
As parent, we should have strong creed to God and strong obedience to rules of God. So, we can be example for our children and it is easy to get God’s help.
- Optimal and developing SI at school
Because house and school are education basis for success, we can optimal SI with keeping their potency to feel authority of God and follow the prophet, at home and also at school.

We should have love and smooth in teaching our children. We may give some critical but it may not destroy their confidence. If they make mistake, we may not hate them, we just hate their attitude.
We should grow their interesting about something. So, they don’t do it because of outside threat but based on their interesting. We also should have a good habit to be example for our children. We can train them with a beautiful habit such as singing, playing, talking, telling problems, etc. we show to our children that we also have good SI that can be imitated.
As parent, teacher and school environment also have important role in successful education, not only based on their high score but also attitude, religious, and activity of children in organization. School like that will have clear program and able to prepare facility all hobbies. So, we should be careful in looking for good education for our children.
We don’t need professor or smartest people for making our children be smart and have great attitude. We just need love, knowledge about how they learn, desire in spending time together, desire in looking for many ways to make them better, and make good cooperative with school and society.
They have many chances to make their future themselves. Our jobs as parent and teacher is optimal their SI.
Trust me, it isn’t just a dream.
